To create an action-packed day of practical zero trust insights, customer best practices, technical deep dives, and remarkable speaker sessions featuring preeminent zero trust thought leaders.
Why did you choose the Science Museum for your event? What were you looking for in a venue when you started planning this event?
We were looking for an event space that allowed us to transform it into the Zscaler brand and give our customer a full immersion into our OTZL event.
What sort of experience did you want to create for your guests?
Using branding, and working with White Light and Moving Venue, we wanted to create a fully immersive experience for our customers.
How did you choose which space at the museum you wanted to use?
Illuminate gave us a blank canvas to create a unique event space that served all aspects of our event.
How did Illuminate work for your event?
Being able to use both Level 4 and Level 5 meant guests could seamlessly travel between sessions and the Level 5 breakout area. Using Level 5 for lunch, cocktails and refreshments enabled customers to network in a more relaxed environment.
Did your catering and AV partners create anything bespoke for the event?
As we were going for a science themed style to the event, Moving Venue elevated the experience with bespoke cocktails and a circular gold bar in the middle of Illuminate. Moving Venue provided a hot fork buffet lunch and a petit gateau selection, as well as a canape reception with science themed desserts including a Passionfruit Planet and The Stars – dark chocolate ganache with mandarin gel in an almond biscuit sandwich.
White Light transformed Illuminate in keeping with our visual identity. They provided a comprehensive package to utilise the many branding opportunities, including custom-designed light up letters, full vinyl wraps to both entrance lifts, graphics, and facias on every step leading guests between Levels 4 and 5.
To create a striking focal point for the presentations in Level 4, White Light built an 8m wide LED wall as a canvas for running video content, alongside 16:9 windows. To immerse guests in our brand colours and to complement the content, custom colours were integrated into the installed ceiling lighting grid.
For the drinks reception in Level 5, White Lights’s lighting design consisted of uplighters, LED Titan Tubes and an array of static and moving fixtures. During the day, this was used to subtly enhance Illuminate’s architecture. This then intensified for the evening transition, accenting our corporate colours and delivering a dynamic texture and movement for the after-party – heightening the interactive displays.
What feedback did you receive from guests?
It was all great feedback!
